"Didn't want the singing bowl session to end. Have done meditation before but this was on another level. Amazing!"
The sound of the crystal singing bowls is amazing. I started meditating to singing bowls a number of years ago. The vibration is clear, powerful and deep which really helps you to focus and ‘stop’, to a certain extent, that monkey mind and truly relax.
This sound-based relaxation helps to reduce stress, anxiety, and to fall asleep. Over time, it can also help you change your brainwaves which are the patterns of electrical activity. This is why sound therapy has been used for many years to help people overcome insomnia, improve their mental health and generally improve their quality of life.
"An amazing experience of calmness, togetherness and relaxation. Shirley is so down to earth and engaging. Would highly recommend"

Enhance Wellbeing, Boost Productivity, Reduce Sick Days, and Retain Talent
Today we find ourselves living in a world of loud noises, distractions, technology, being bombarded by blue lights from screens, time pressures and high work demands all resulting in anxiety, fear, stress levels soaring and leaving a detrimental impact on our nervous system. The consequences of which impact on our sleep, mood, and the ability to perform at our full potential.
With increased stress levels leading to reduced productivity, heightened absenteeism due to illness, and a decline in staff retention rates, the Sound Bath experience for employees not only has many benefits for staff, but when a business incorporates staff wellbeing protocols, the business then reaps the benefits of increased productivity, higher morale and a healthier work place environment.
