How does my nutrition and wellbeing coaching work?

My coaching is about making realistic and sustainable lifestyle changes. I take your goals into consideration along with what is important to you to make a completely bespoke plan. This means I can cater to a whole host of needs, such as budget cooking and dietary requirements.

This is not about calorie counting, but about the nutritional benefits of food and gaining an understanding of what food is about so that you eat with informed choices and mindfulness. It’s about changing habits and how you think about food, your relationship with food.

But it's not all about nutrition, as exercise, or rather movement, and mindfulness all need to be taken into account, and we'll cover this more in our 1-2-1 sessions to meet your personalised plan.

Throughout the programme you will receive 1-2-1 motivational coaching support, either over the telephone or via video calling. It's your choice - whatever you feel comfortable with!

In each of our sessions, we'll review what is and isn't working, making proposals for adjustments. You'll also be able to contact me for support between sessions, either online, by email or by text.

My aim is to support you through investing in your personal journey to health and wellness.
